The catchment area of the Rotary Club of Teddington & the Hampton lies within part of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and its southern boundary runs along the northern bank of the River Thames from the two villages of Hampton and Hampton Hill in the West, past the Royal Palace of Hampton Court with its two parks, Home Park and Bushey Park, through Hampton Wick on the northern side of Kingston Bridge to Teddington.
The area is primarily residential although many firms have offices in the area. For the tourist there is Hampton Court with its world famous Maze and the recently restored Privy Garden. The Royal Appartments, after extensive refurbishment following a disastrous fire, are well worth a visit.
