Welcome to the Rotary Club of Teddington & the Hamptons Website. The Club is in District 1140 to the South and West of London (UK) and the area is part of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The Club was founded in 1924 embracing the Districts of Teddington, Hampton, Hampton Court, Hampton Hill and Hampton Wick. We have about thirty members and meet on Thursday Evenings, 7 for 7.15 normally at the Don Pepe Tapas Bar, Hampton Court Green. (See "Where to Find Us") However, always check the Calendar of Events for change of venue. The Club has a varied and interesting programme with speakers and social events. However there are usually Council Meetings after Dinner on the third Thursday of the month. Whilst there are Meetings following Bank Holidays, there is no Meeting on Maundy Thursday. You can usually check what is happening by consulting the Calendar of Events. Visiting Rotarians, Friends of Rotary and other interested parties are always welcome and, although we will be pleased to welcome you if you come unannounced, it does help our caterers if you let us know by the Tuesday evening before the meeting on 07092 295090.
To contact the Club ring 07092 295090 or send a message.

![]() We now have Shelterboxes on the ground in Haiti. The first twelve were being used to build a field hospital at the airport in Port au Prince. These are desperate conditions with amputations every half hour. Thousands of boxes are now in transit with several hundred expected today (19th January) |

![]() UK, US and French volunteers help unload the boxes. Each box provides shelter, clean water, cooking facilities and other essentials for a family for six months. |
